Composing emails with standard replies and attaching files quickly in Windows using RecentX

This video will explain how to use standard replies and attach files quickly to emails using RecentX.

What is RecentX?

RecentX can be used to reply to standard emails and quickly attach any file to email without browsing any folder.

Learn how to do this:

Open the Clipboard window of RecentX. Your frequently used text snippets will be listed there.

Drag and drop the text from the list into the body of the mail, and it will be instantly copied there.

To attach files to the mail, go to the files window and select it from the list. Finding the file is easier if you have added a tag to it.

Drop the file, and it will be attached to the mail.

That’s it. You can now send the email.
