showing attached sticky notes on all computers in a network in Windows

Question

How do you attach a sticky note inside a folder in Windows that everyone can see? Everyone being coworkers on a network? Do they all have to have  Notezilla  to see my sticky note?

If you want the same sticky note to be visible on all other computers over a network also then those computers also must be running  Notezilla  for Windows. Also, after sticking the sticky note to a folder, you must send that note to other users across the LAN using the "Send to Computer" option so that they can see the sticky note on the same folder.
