Creating sticky notes using a pen instead of keyboard in a Windows tablet

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Book 12 with Windows 10 and wanted to ask if  Notezilla  can be collaborated with the Microsoft Ink which is one of the features of the Microsoft where in I wanted to use my pen instead of my keyboard. Is it possible for  Notezilla  to be operative using my pen in Samsung Galaxy Book 12?

There are 2 aspects to this:

Pen can be used on to scratch using the pen input app (that Windows provides) so that the input is converted to text inside a sticky note.

However,  Notezilla  cannot recognize direct pen input and cannot save the data directly in the same handwriting as scratched using a pen.
