Retaining tags in a file/folder when moving it without losing the tags using RecentX

Question

If I move a folder and/or files that have been tagged using  RecentX  all the tags are removed. Is this the case always and is there anything I can do to prevent losing the tags?

 RecentX  remembers the exact location of the file when tagging.

The tags do not go with the document and  are not saved inside the document. So after moving the files, you would need to re-tag them.

Not renaming and moving the files is the only way to not lose them.
