Please follow the steps given below :
1. Exit RecentX
2. Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX in Windows Explorer (File Explorer). This is the RecentX data folder where RecentX stores all the data.
3. Move all the files from the RecentX data folder to some other temporary folder.
4. Run RecentX .
5. Wait for an hour or so and then check if files are correctly listed.
