There’s an extra space (line) just under the header of the  Notezilla  sticky note on Windows. What is that empty area for? I would like to  use that space for text. It would also thereby permit tighter spacing of multiple notes in separate boxes. Is it possible to do so ?

That area is to add a title to your  Notezilla  sticky note and also used for dragging and moving of sticky notes. If you roll up the note, the title will be shown. Also, you can press F2 to set a new title.
