Is there any way to change the position of the text in a  Notezilla  sticky note ? For example, "center text".  A shortcut key would be fine too. I did not find the option to add a hotkey in the preferences "Hotkeys" section. Is It possible to do so ?

You can definitely change the position of the text in a sticky note in  Notezilla .

Make sure you are using the standard editor inside the sticky note.

Just select the text, right click on it and choose the "Font Style" option from the menu. You can now position the text as desired.

But currently there is no shortcut key to format text. Hotkeys are only system level keys that work when you are in any program.
