Holding sticky notes in the foreground on Windows desktop

I'm currently using  the  Notezilla  sticky notes app for Windows and I am not able to hold a sticky note in the foreground.  If I want to take some information from a Window to a sticky note or back to a window, it would be easier if the note is in the foreground, parallel to the window.  Is there any option to do that?

It is very much possible to keep a  Notezilla  sticky note always on top of other apps using the 'Stay on top' option. Just above the sticky note, you will find a Pin icon in the note's toolbar. Click on the Pin icon to keep the sticky note always on top of other programs.  This makes it very convenient when working with other websites, programs etc, so that you can copy information back and forth from another window easily.

Faster way to making a note stay on top is to use the shortcut key Ctrl+Q from the sticky note.
