Sometimes I launch a paste operation in  Copywhiz  from one directory to another and go away for a while; when I'm back, the task is over but I have no idea of what happened like how many files were pasted and which. Is there a way to know this? (basically, I would need a list...)

Yes, this is possible.

 Copywhiz  has feature to log even names of files copied, skipped and renamed by choosing the "Log content" option as shown below:
