Attaching sticky notes to files / documents in Windows

Using  Notezilla  for Windows, what file types can you attach sticky notes to, doc, avi, txt, xls, docx, xlsx, pdf etc?

In  Notezilla , the sticky notes stick to the program the file is opened in. And it sticks based on the title of the window. So virtually, with  Notezilla , you can stick notes to any opened file.

Go to the sticky note, click on the top left menu and choose 'Stick to Window' option to associate a sticky note to any file or document.
