Earlier versions of   Notezilla   which I have owned allowed for easier insertion of links to files and folder simply by clicking on "insert link" within the Windows sticky note  and, moreover, spaces in the file name path were allowed. Now, spaces don't seem to be allowed even with the "file://" prefix.

In the latest version, you can insert inline hyperlinks. So you will be able to easily insert links to files and folders, even the ones having spaces withing the file path.

Another way is to just drag and drop the file or folder and a link to the same will be created inside the sticky note. The file/folder will automatically open from within the sticky note itself when you click on the link inside the note.

Regarding your question on spaces in file path name,

If you add < and > around the complete file:// path in the Windows sticky note then   Notezilla   will allow paths with spaces also. The older version also worked exactly the same.
