Unable to reinstall/uninstall RecentX

Question

I am trying to re-install  RecentX  but keep getting message " RecentX  is already running". I uninstalled it and turned everything off, Now I always get this message - "Cannot find sqlite3.dll, please reinstall this application”. How do i reinstall  RecentX ?

The uninstall did not initiate properly.

Please follow the steps given below:

1. Run Regedit.exe
2. Go to key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
3. On the left you will find   RecentX _is1 key. Delete that key.
4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Conceptworld
5. Delete the folder  RecentX 
6. Download and install   RecentX    from our website http://www.conceptworld.com/
7. Then run   RecentX
