Unable to reinstall/uninstall Notezilla

I am trying to reinstall  Notezilla  but keep getting message " Notezilla  is already running". I uninstalled it and turned everything off, Now I always get this message - "Cannot find sqlite3.dll, please reinstall this application”. How do i reinstall  Notezilla ?

Please follow the below steps:

1. Run Regedit.exe
2. Go to key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
3. On the left you will find  Notezilla _is1 key. Delete that key.
4. Go to C:\Program Files\Conceptworld
5. Delete the folder named  Notezilla 
6. Download and install   Notezilla  from our website https://www.conceptworld.com/
7. Then run   Notezilla
