Follow the below steps:

  1. Exit  Notezilla
  2. Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld\Notezilla in Windows Explorer. To do this, copy this path %appdata%\Conceptworld\Notezilla and run from the start menu or open in Windows Explorer
  3. Delete all files in the folder  Notezilla
  4. Rename the file as Notes.db and place the version 7 back up file in this same folder
  5. Run  Notezilla
  6. All your notes will be imported.
