Remove or hide files from RecentX list

Rather than deleting files from a computer, is there any option in  RecentX  of removing files from the list of most recent files reviewed without actually removing the files from the computer?

When you try to remove an item in  RecentX , you see a list of options.

You can use these options (especially the "Hide file" and "Hide all files having name" ) to hide specific files.
