Unable to start Notezilla from the start menu

 Notezilla  is on my Start Menu but when I click, it will not fire - I get a "welcome to  Notezilla " message and directions say to left click. No menu appears. Sticky notes previously created are still on my desktop but no option in their menu to create a new note. I tried installing a trial copy but got an error message that  Notezilla  was already running so that was a dead-end. How do i get  Notezilla  to start?

Look for the  Notezilla  icon in the taskbar where you get the 'Welcome to  Notezilla  notification'. Do not right-click or left-click on the notification.

You must right-click or left-click on the  Notezilla  icon shown below:

If you don't find the icon there, click on the ^ button. You will find it there.
