Unable to send sticky notes to a particular Windows PC

I can send  Notezilla  sticky notes to all except one PC. Both computers have the same version of  Notezilla  and Windows 10 v 1909 build 18363.900. I have removed and added PC and i have tried using IP address and PC name to no avail. I have made certain that  Notezilla  is set up to receive notes. I can even go to the command prompt and send to errant PC; e.g. c:\msg pcisme /server:pc6 hello PC and this works fine.

I have been sending  Notezilla  notes to and from both the above mentioned computers for years. Any guidance greatly appreciated.

If you are using Windows firewall, then please go to the below option, click on 'Allow an app or feature' and make sure  Notezilla  is listed (and it is pointing to the right file -  Notezilla .exe in program files). Also make sure that the firewall options to allow the app is enabled. If  Notezilla  is not listed then you will need to add it. Try all option Public, Private etc.

Above change needs to be done on the computer that is not receiving the sticky note.
