Removing tags from list of sticky note tags in Windows

I don't use several of the tags on my list of  Notezilla  tags. How do I permanently remove them from the list?

In order to remove a tag from the list, you would need to go to the sticky notes that use that tag and remove that tag from each sticky note.

You can do this quickly by searching those sticky notes by the tag name. Go to the Notes Browser, then go to the Search panel at the bottom and type #tagname to search notes by tagname. Then go to each sticky note and remove that tag.
