Unable to make sticky note stay on top of other windows

I am trying to figure out how to make a  Notezilla  sticky note stay on top of all other windows. However, the thumbtack symbol doesn't appear on my sticky notes. Can you please help with this?

The thumbtack symbol will appear only when the sticky note is on the desktop.

So, go to the sticky note (if you are in Notes Browser), click on the top left menu button and choose the 'Stick to desktop' option.

This will cause the sticky note to appear on the desktop, after which you can use the thumbtack symbol to keep the sticky note always on top of other windows.
