How to access Notezilla on Windows?

I've downloaded the app on my PC (Windows 10) but when I right-click on the application I do not get the menu that I'm supposed to get to create new sticky notes. What I get is "un-pin from taskbar". When I open the start menu and right-click on " Notezilla  Troubleshooter", " Notezilla ", or "New Sticky Note ( Notezilla )"

You should look for the icon in  the taskbar next to the clock. If you don't see the icon then click on the ^ icon shown in below picture.
