How to switch to standard text formatting in Notezilla like the old version?

I recently upgraded my  Notezilla  and just discovered that formatting inside sticky notes has changed. Ctrl + B gives me characters on either side of the highlighted text/does not actually bold the text. How can I bring it back to universal formatting??

In the new version we introduced a new editor "Markdown editor".

To change the text formatting, right click inside the sticky note and choose to the option "Switch to Standard editor" so that you can use the old way of formatting that existed in previous versions.

You can also set Standard editor as your default editor using  Notezilla  Preferences  (Note tab). To access  Notezilla 's Preferences, right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Preferences from the menu.
