Checkboxes are duplicated while using the checklists sticky notes in Notezilla for Windows

I am having a problem with your latest update for checklist items. It keeps on duplicating and is not very friendly like before unless I am doing something wrong or not using it correctly. Please respond with a solution or correct way of using it. It used to be simple before clicking the check box and the item would be crossed out. It does not anymore. Thanks

Checklist always uses the markdown editor in the new version.

Ensure that you don't switch to standard editor when using a checklist. This will cause checkboxes to duplicate.

Once you follow this, it will work like the previous version. Except for one difference that in the new version you need to double click inside the sticky note to edit the checklist.
