Notezilla keeps asking for license key

Hi,

I have purchased  Notezilla  but when I restart my computer and the software starts then each time it asks to "Activate License". I enter it and then it keeps happening still.

Should I uninstall n reinstall the new one ?

Yes, please go to Add/Remove Programs in Windows and uninstall  Notezilla  explicitly.

Download and install latest  Notezilla  from our website https://www.conceptworld.com/Notezilla/Download

Run it and check the version again. And also check if your notes are intact.

Your notes will not be lost. Just that we may have to point it to the right location of you don't see your latest notes.

If all is fine, then you can try activating the product again.
