Attach note to a file name in Windows Using Notezilla

Can  Notezilla , sticky notes app attach a sticky note to a file name in Windows File Explorer?

Thanks for your interest in  Notezilla .

 Notezilla  cannot attach a note directly to a file. Meaning, the note will not appear when you select the file in Windows File Explorer.

Instead, open the file in its editor/reader. Then use  Notezilla  to attach a note to that opened document in that editor. Whenever you open that file in that editor, the sticky note will automatically popup.
