Hello, I am using  Notezilla .I have carefully read your instructions regarding the differences between markdown and standard editing.

All I want to do is strikethrough several lines on a sticky note. When I do it in standard editing, it works on my laptop fine. But it doesn't show on my iPhone.

When I use markdown, all I get on my laptop is a couple of squiggly lines at the beginning and the end. And nothing at all on my iPhone.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello, thanks for using  Notezilla .

Standard editor is not supported in phone app. Which means that any formatting you do on laptop will not be reflected in phone app.

This is the reason, we introduced markdown editor in last version so that you view formatted text in phone app too. Because phone app supports Markdown editor and plain text editor.

On the laptop, ensure that you are using the markdown editor. You can right click inside the sticky note and choose "Switch to Markdown editor".

Then you can type inside the sticky note ~~sample strikethrough text~~ and press Escape key so that it goes back to edit mode.

Once it syncs with the phone app, you should be able to see the formatted text now (strikethrough text).

On your phone, if you don't see it then you can go to the sticky note, tap on top right 3 dots button and choose "Switch to Markdown editor".
