This cannot be disabled directly. But you can run
RecentX with Administrator privileges at startup.
You can open the folder %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Then right click on
RecentX shortcut and choose 'Properties'. The properties window (Compatibility tab) will allow you to run as administrator. Of course, Windows would show the regular "elevation" popup at startup.
