stick incoming sticky notes automatically on Windows desktop

My problem is that one of the computer refuse showing the sticky notes on the Windows screen and just show a small notification on the bottom also I set it on the preference to show it automatic on the screen. i tried to remove and install  Notezilla  again and no change, what could be the solution for that?

Right-click on the  Notezilla  icon next to the clock in the task bar and choose Preferences. Click on the "Advanced tab" and enable the 'Stick to Windows desktop' check box under the section "Incoming notes".

However, please note that If there are multiple unread notes then  Notezilla  will show small notification. Since multiple notes are unread,  Notezilla  doesn't show all notes together on screen. So, go to Notes Browser, click on Unread filter on the left to view all unread notes. Now read each note so that all are marked read. After which, every note you receive will appear on automatically on your desktop.
