Notezilla subscription and portable version

If I purchased the portable version of  Notezilla , do I also have to purchase a Windows version in order to use sync sticky notes between devices.

No, you don't have to purchase a Windows version separately in order to sync the notes. If you purchase the yearly subscription plan then you can use  Notezilla  (regular or portable) on any number of computers as long as all computers are syncing using the same sync cloud account and is also used by a single user.

However for every user you will need to purchase a subscription.
