Place new sticky notes on Windows desktop

I recently upgraded to latest version of  Notezilla .  I noticed that all new sticky notes are being placed in the memoboards instead of on my Windows desktop.  Is there a way to change the settings, so that new notes are placed on my desktop by default?

Please enable the option "Always stick new notes to Windows desktop" using  Notezilla  Preferences. To access  Notezilla 's Preferences, right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Preferences from the menu.

The above setting is enabled by default. May be it was disabled accidentally.
