Deleting web history and not just hiding them on Windows in RecentX

I have version 3 of your software  RecentX  and am trying to delete all of my web browsing history. I have followed the help instructions about right clicking on a web address but that just gives me options to hide the address, not permanently delete it. How do I properly delete or alternatively can I delete a file on Windows somewhere that stores that information ?

To delete the web history in  RecentX , follow the steps given below:

1. Exit  RecentX 
2. Open the folder %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX in Windows Explorer. To do this, copy this path %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX and run from start menu or open in Windows Explorer.
3. Delete the files RecentWebsites.* (there are 3 files in this name). Delete all 3 files.
4. Run  RecentX  (before this, clear history from individual Internet Browsers too)
