To set up network account between multiple computers and devices, you need to create a sync account. When you right click on Notezilla icon on Windows taskbar (next to the clock) and choose 'Sync' option, you will be shown an option to "Create new sync account". Please click on this button to first create new sync account in order to sync sticky notes with the cloud.
Your order details are not related to the cloud account. This is the reason "Sign In" is not working. So you will have to create a new account first.
Make sure you create the account from the Notezilla that has all your important notes. Once you sync those notes, you can go to the other computer, right click on Notezilla icon, choose Sync and click on "Sign into existing account" and enter your account details to download all your notes.
Once you do this, both your computers will be in automatic sync in less than a minute.
