I've installed the  Notezilla  on 3 PC and activated an account on one PC. I am getting the error "the user id is of an invalid type or format" which prevents me logging in and then syncing. I've uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled, without success. Love to at least try the software but can't effectively test yet. Please help

Please follow the below steps on the PC showing the error:

  1. Run  Notezilla  Troubleshooter app, choose the option "Cleanup and start fresh" and proceed.
  2. Run  Notezilla .
  3. Right click on  Notezilla  icon and choose Sync.
  4. Click on "Sign in to existing account" button and type your username password for the sync account and proceed
  5. Next step is important. Here you would be shown a warning that all your existing notes will be deleted. Click on "I agree" and proceed to download your notes.
