Stick sticky notes to open window from the internet

I can't get my sticky notes to stick to an open window from the internet using  Notezilla . When I create a new sticky note it's not automatically saved to the open window. Also, if I create a new note and right click I don't see the option to stick to desktop. What am I missing or doing wrong?

When you create a new sticky note, it will not automatically stick to the open window. You will need to follow certain steps to stick the note to the window.

Basically, you need to click on the top left button of a sticky note and choose 'Stick To Window' to stick the note to any window. You can also right click on top of the sticky note (title area or toolbar area) to get the same menu.
