Hotkeys assigned to sticky notes are not responding

My (hotkey) CONTROL + SHIFT + U Key no long brings a sticky note to the Windows desktop.  When I go to the main browser and click on a sticky note, nothing appears.  The list is there, but the notes don't respond.

Go to  Notezilla 's Preferences and click on Hotkeys tab to see the exact hotkey that you need to use to bring notes on top. By default the hotkey is Ctrl+Shift+T. Ctrl+Shift+U will create a new note on desktop.

Where exactly are you clicking on a sticky note in Notes Browser? Top notes list or bottom sticky notes view. You will need to double click on the top notes list in order to jump to that sticky notes.
