Previously, in  Notezilla  for Windows, when I wanted to create a new sticky note, I would simply hit the hotkey of Win#-Z. A blank note would appear ready for typing.

Now, this morning, the Notes Browser is popping up with a blank note in the Notes memoboard area. What happened? I don’t want or need the browser to popup at this stage.

Here are my hotkey settings for reference:

By default, in  Notezilla , the sticky notes are always created in the 'Notes' memoboard in Notes Browser. However, after setting a hotkey it should work the way you want it.

In the same Preferences window, click on "General" tab and check if you have accidentally disabled "Always stick new notes to Windows desktop" setting. Please enable it and try again.
