Just tried to update from 4.0.11 to 4.0.13. Program updated, but when launched got stuck at "optimizing  RecentX  for better performance....." Can't get the program to launch properly. Any suggestions?

  1. Kill  RecentX  using Windows Task Manager (Right click on task bar and choose Start Task Manager, then click on Processes, select  RecentX .exe and click on End Process button.)
  2. Open %appdata%\Conceptworld\RecentX folder. Just copy this path and open from Start menu or Windows search.
  3. Move all files (starting with name rx4) to a temporary folder  (You should find 1 to 3 files there).
  4. Run  RecentX .

You will now be able to launch  RecentX  properly.
