Should I manually sync sticky notes?

I am using  Notezilla  (Windows). My question is should I sync sticky notes to bring in the changes or let that happen by itself. I am still trying to understand if there is a manual way of bringing in the changes.

It's always better to just let the sync of  Notezilla  sticky notes happen automatically. Because in the process of manual syncing, you may be accidentally modifying an older note (which becomes a newer note after modification). So the actual new  sticky note may be replaced by the old sticky note due to accidental changes.
